![]() ![]() Thanks for your interest in refining what the problem is. The IDE will be restarted with the default configuration. ![]() Alternatively, press Shift twice and type Restore default settings. This saves the user a step, which as it is now must be repeated over and over in sessions when many pdfs are beng saved from the web. Back up your settings and restore the defaults From the main menu, select File Manage IDE Settings Restore Default Settings. Re: Possible to change default folder for consolidated wav files First write down the current 'User data folder' location as it appears in FLs File settings (for example: 'c:UserscarbinaxDocumentsImage-LineData'). ![]() You can use a comma-separated list of app names, so if the first app is not enabled for a user then Nextcloud will try the second one, and so on. I would keep it outside of the 'FL Studio' folder in the user data folder, personally. Do it all: Preview, tag, rename, compress, delete or add comments to files in any Open or Save dialog. Adobe Reader does not remember what directory I have used for downloads, nor does it have a Preferences choice to set one or more user-specified preferred download directories. Then a few minutes later when I want to save another pdf file that I found on the web, I have to go through all of these steps again. (5) I click the favorite folders button on that directory display, pick my usual downloads folder, and then click the Save button. I do not want to save any pdf files in this directory. (4) The screen then displays the Temporary Downloads directory of my web browser (my browser is Opera). Reader gives me a menu choice of PDF or Text, and I click PDF. Default Folder X enhances the Open and Save dialogs in all of your applications so you can Go faster: Quickly navigate through folders with hierarchical. (3) In Adobe Reader I click File | Save As. (2) I always save such files in the same folder (the folder is not My Documents, but this fact is not of consequence, as you wll see). It loads into Adobe Reader, and want to save the file. (1) I open a pdf file that I found on the web. Here is a step by step for what happens in my workflow. ![]()
